AL-QAEDA:

Al-Qaeda is a terrorist organization that was there for ages. Their main motive of work is to create terror on the west side of the world that means the Americans, Europeans as such. Slowly they also tried terrorizing the west supported countries like India, Srilanka. The main strategy of Al-Qaeda is “HIT & RUN STRATEGY”.

They just want to show the world that they have enough strength to conquer. They create terror in the world through their bombs, suicide bombers and run away into mountains, caves and hilly terrains. They train their Jihadis in those places away from the world and do not reveal their identities.

ISIS :

After Al-Qaeda and its leaders were destroyed by the Americans. A new terrorist organization, ISIS evolved. The moto of ISIS was not to create a terror in the world, perhaps their ideology was strong that is, they want a separate ISLAMIC STATE for themselves. They back the Muslim communities who support them in their fight, especially the Sunnis. They ignore the shiyas.

Unlike the Al-Qaeda, ISIS has a systematic procedure in maintaining their organization. They have a chief who is well-read and has excess knowledge in spiritual, sociological and scientific technologies.
