Job description- Business Advisor

A GreenLens Business Advisor is a critical part of our mission to deliver timely, accurate and professional sales and post-sales experience to our clients.

This vital position requires an action-oriented, flexible-problem solver who will assist clients in improving their business and solving post-sale problems.

Advisors communicate with clients primarily via face to face communication and utilize a variety of sales material to pitch their idea, review policies and provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Following are few traits of an ideal Business Advisor

1. Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal). Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all clients.
2. Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently.
3. The ability and desire for a sales job with a confident and determined approach.
4. Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate client needs.
5.  Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

Selection Procedure

1. Telephonic Round (Language Assessment)
2. Operations Round (In-Person or Skype)
3. HR Round (In Person)

Eligibility Criteria

1.  Candidate must be of age between 18-35 Years.
2. Candidate must have passed 12th standard or equivalent.
3. Professional experience 0-3 Years. Freshers are eligible to apply.
4. Candidate must be a resident of India.
