HCL released the notification for the mega recruitment drive of Engineering and Degree graduates. The details of the program, eligibility and other information is given below:
HCL: FIRST CAREERS PROGRAM
This is a paid job assurance program from HCL. Students need to pay for the program and get trained at HCL.
For Engineering Graduates:
Eligibility:
- Any Engineering graduate, any branch can apply
- 2018/2019/2020/2021 graduates can apply

Candidate must have minimum 65% both in Class XII & Graduation
Fees: 1.5 lakhs + GST
Salary: 2.75 LPA
For Degree Graduates:
Eligibility:
- Any Degree graduate, any branch can apply
- 2018/2019/2020/2021 graduates can apply

Candidate must have minimum 65% both in Class XII & Graduation
Fees: 50,000 – 1,00,000 + GST
Salary: 1.9 LPA to 2.2 LPA
