- Job location: Talawade, Pune
- CTC- 2.50 to 3.00 Lacs per Annum
- Bond Type- 2 years
1.Should be handling Call / Chat / Email Support to end users
2.Identifies issues create Service Request or Incident based on the issue type, and provide L1 resolution, on call
