FORD: SUPPORT ANALYST
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Analyse, troubleshoot production incidents.
- Monitor health status of applications.
- Ensure appropriate use of Ford IT processes, tools and methodologies within application.
- Documentation handling (Product specification, User Guides, Product Change Notice etc.)
- Guides and coach’s other Support Analyst on product teams.
- Organize team learning events.
