GOGUARDIAN: TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST I

Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 2-5 years of experience in Technical Support Skills.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Good in analytical skills, algorithms.
  • Proficient in SQL.
  • Expertise in scripting languages (Shell / Javascript).
  • Reproducing and debugging customer reported problems in a AWS environment, as necessary.
  • Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to resolve issues and update customers.
