TELE PERFORMANCE: WALKIN DRIVE

Eligibility:

• Supporting customers contacting for technical assistance with network through LAN, WIFI, Mobile, Television, Routers and Computers.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot various complex technical issues, using the available knowledge articles and framework abiding by the clients policies and procedures.

• Track unresolved issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits

• Properly escalate and follow up unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.

• Ensure all issues are properly logged.

• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.

Time & Venue:

• 6th December – 15th December , 11.00 AM – 3.00 PM
• Teleperformance Global Services Private Limited, 2nd Floor, Legend platinum Building , Next to Rainbow hospital, Kondapur.
