TECHMAHINDRA :CUSTOMER SUPPORT – INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS

Eligibility:

• Qualification: Undergraduate/Graduate with or without work experience
• Handle inbound calls from the customers
• Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solution
• Maintain good customer relations
• Should possess excellent spoken English skills
• Should be comfortable working in rotational shifts (Evening and Night shifts only)
• Immediate joiners
• Willing to work from office
• No of Openings : 200
