- Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering/industrial engineering
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and implement Best Practices and deal with high levels of ambiguity
- Maintaining full regulatory compliance and other legal requirements
- Knowledge and understanding of production process Work Instructions and operates within them to ensure that a device conforms to its specifications.
- Ensures the creation of accurate, complete, and timely records and DHRs.

FLEX IS HIRING : Junior Engineer- Supplier Quality
- Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in EEE / ECE / Mech / E&TC
- 0-2 years of expereince Candidates can apply
- Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
- Knowledge of quality and business systems
- Knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA)
- Lean Manufacturing knowledge

- Knowledge of measurement techniques
- Understanding and interpretation of engineering drawings
- Understanding manufacturing processes
