SUTHERLAND : WALK IN – INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS
Eligibility:
- Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate
- 2022/2023/2024 batches can apply.
- 0-1 years of experience.
- Responsible for calling providers offices in US on behalf of Healthplans.
- To call the provider office verify the surveys for calling from the given data.
- Flexible to work from office and additional hours/OT or Weekend hours as per business needs.
- Should be willing to work in US shift.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills including MS Excel, MS office.
- Good typing skills with a speed of min 30-35 words/min with 90% accuracy
