MOZILOR : TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER FRESHER
Eligibility:
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/BCA/MCA Freshers.
- 2023 & 2024 batches are eligible to apply.
- 0-1 year experience in the software/tech industry.
- Provide Chat / Email based support to international customers for our SaaS Product
- Resolve all pre-sales and post-sales customer queries on-time following support SLA.
- Analyze and understand a problem from the customer’s point of view.
- Hands-on experience with configuring software products
- Good understanding on JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
