Requirement :
- BPO customer service executives with international voice or non voice process experience.
- Graduation is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to work in 24/7 shifts & rotational week offs
Job Role : Provide resolutions for HR related queries like payroll, leaves, benefits, claims etc. by attending tickets and calls at global level.
