ADITYA BIRLA GROUP: ENGINEERING TRAINEE (6+ MONTHS TO 24 MONTHS)
Eligibility:
- Qualification: Bachelor Of Engineering, Bachelor Of Technology & Full Time BE / B.Tech – Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation from reputed Engineering colleges (AICTE Approved).
- 1-2 Years of experience.
- Candidates having a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 24 months of post-engineering full-time work experience in manufacturing units will be considered.
- 6 months of training, wherein candidates are exposed to Manufacturing, Engineering, Utility, Mechanical Maintenance, and Safety departments in the Chemical domain in a unit.
- Post 6 months, candidates will go through an evaluation process to be finally placed across different functions like Manufacturing, Engineering, Utility, Mechanical Maintenance, and Safety.
- Selected candidates will undergo intense technical learning programs for 6 months and post evaluation, they will be absorbed into full-time technical roles across the business.
