Eligibility:
- 2+ Years of IT and user support experience
- 2+ Years using Service Now
- + Years of experience working with SharePoint, OneDrive, Stream
- Working knowledge of Azure Active Directory
- Working knowledge of Office 365 Admin Center
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize meetings and manage time effectively
- Exceptional ability to learn and adapt to the ever-changing technologies and business requirements
- Experience working in an Agile environment with focus in SCRUM methodologies
