CLEARTAX: ASSOCIATE PROGRAM MANAGER
Eligibility:

Identify underlying problems by analyzing data and research

Work closely with sales/marketing/ tech/ content/ training and product design to solve identified problems.

Constantly improve important metrics through right interventions.

Build SOPs required to run and scale operations within and outside the designated function
-
Project Management – Identify, track and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating when necessary to resolve issues affecting the delivery of customer expectations

Track and provide regular status updates on project deliverables and progress to all stakeholders

Develop and maintain productive working relationships with business functions, project stakeholders and senior leadership team
Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with exceptional ability to listen
