- 0-2 Years of Experience working with ServiceNow platform on Administrator / Developer roles.
- CSA and CAD certifications preferred.
- Should have a good understanding of ITSM processes.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow administration, including configuration, workflows, and scripting.
