AMERICAN EXPRESS: OPERATIONS SUPPORT

Eligibility:

Bachelor’s Degree and 1+ years of experience of application support experience required, preferably supporting software as a service (SaaS)
Preferred Additional:
  • Experience with online credit card fraud prevention a plus
  • Experience with supporting payment transactions with a card processor
  • Experience with supporting chargeback processes
  • Prior experience working directly with customers / payment network processors
  • Knowledge of Chargeback Processes is highly desirable and crucial for this role.
  • Experience with technical troubleshooting of an application
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

AMERICAN EXPRESS: CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Eligibility:

  • Good communication skills both written and oral
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience into Banking and Finance
  • Analytical mind & attention to detail
  • High level of Customer sensitivity, commitment & service orientation
  • High result orientation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to take independent decision & meet stringent deadlines. Language: English
  • Amex product knowledge desirable
