1st Year: ₹12,400 / month
2nd Year: ₹15,488 / month
3rd Year: ₹17,553 / month
4th Year: ₹19,618 / month
Service Agreement: 48 months (Joining bonus repayable on pro-rata if bond is broken)

Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program bridges the gap between education and IT industry exposure. It allows Diploma holders to:

Get hands-on training in technology, behavioral skills, and platform skills.
Secure a career path in IT Infrastructure & Engineering services.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Education:
10th Standard: Pass
12th Standard: Pass
Diploma (Mechanical-related branches) – Minimum 50%
Eligible Streams:
Mechanical Engineering
Production Engineering
Automobile Engineering
Industrial Engineering
Mechatronics Engineering
Year of Passing: 2024 & 2025
Other Conditions:
Maximum 3 years education gap allowed (till Diploma start)
Must have studied Core Mathematics in Diploma (Business/Applied Maths not allowed)
Only full-time Diplomas accepted (no correspondence/part-time)
One backlog allowed till assessment; must be cleared by 6th semester
Open schooling/distance allowed in 10th/12th
Indian Citizens / PIO / OCI holders eligible; Bhutan & Nepal nationals need citizenship certificate
Candidates who appeared in Wipro selection within last 3 months are ineligible
Must be 18 years or above at onboarding
SELECTION PROCESS
Round 1 – Online Assessment (80 minutes)
Verbal: 20 Q, 20 min
Analytical: 20 Q, 20 min
Quantitative: 20 Q, 20 min
Written Communication Test: 20 min
Round 2 – Voice Assessment
Round 3 – Business Discussion
Round 4 – Pre-Skilling Training
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Service Agreement: 48 months (pro-rata joining bonus repayment if exited early)
Participation & selection purely at Wipro’s discretion
Any malpractice (impersonation, fake documents, fraud) will result in immediate disqualification
Final results will be communicated via email or registered contact info
