Job Description – ERP / SAP / Workday / D365 / Supply Chain Consultant

Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced professionals with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in ERP, SAP, Workday, Microsoft D365, or Supply Chain platforms. The role involves implementation, configuration, support, and enhancement of enterprise applications to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, implement, and support ERP / Cloud / Supply Chain solutions

• Understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions

• Work on system enhancements, change requests, and issue resolution

• Participate in implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects

• Support integrations with internal and external systems

• Perform unit testing and support UAT and production deployments

• Provide post-go-live and production support within SLA

• Prepare functional and technical documentation

• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in one or more platforms:

  • SAP (SD, FICO, BTP, PI, HCM, SuccessFactors, Ariba, IS Retail, etc.)

  • Workday (Reporting, Security, HCM modules)

  • Microsoft D365 (F&O – Finance / SCM, CRM, Project Operations)

  • Supply Chain tools (Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Coupa, etc.)

• Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, SCM, HR, Procurement)

• Experience in configuration and application support

• Basic knowledge of integrations, reporting, and data flows

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Effective communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions

• Exposure to Agile / ITIL delivery models

• Relevant certification is an added advantage
