TECH MAHINDRA : CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE (WFH)
Eligibility:
- Qualification : Graduation in any Stream or Discipline.
- 2021/2022/2023/2024 batches can apply.
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Mandate System Requirements : Laptop or Desktop with minimum Core i3 gen 7 processor, RAM – 8 GB or above, Genuine Windows 10 or 11, Minimum 20 MBPS Internet Speed (Broadband connection), Noise cancelling headphones, Power Backup.
- Good Spoken English & Hindi Skills.
