TECH T7 INNOVATIONS IS HIRING FOR APPIAN DEVELOPER & NINTEX DEVELOPER ROLES JOB REFERRAL BY FLM

• Experience Level: 8-12.5 years
• Location: Hyderabad, Pune, Bangalore, And Noida, Chennai

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Appian development and support.
• Proficiency with Appian components: Sites, Records, UX design, etc.
• Experience with SAML, OAuth, SOAP/REST web services, and front-end technologies like HTML, XML, JSON.
• Strong database knowledge: Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL.
• Good understanding of Appian architecture, BPMN standards, and best practices.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Rally.
• Experience with mobile and portal Appian applications.
• Appian L2 Certification (or above) is mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities.

Technical Skills:

• Appian BPM (versions 19.x to 21.x and above)
• Appian Sites, Records, UX Design, Portals, SAML, OAuth
• Web Services: SOAP / REST, XML, JSON
• Databases: Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL
• Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Rally
• Languages: HTML, SQL
  

2.Job Title: NinTex Developer

• Location: Remote
• Experience Level: Preferred 5 years + (5-7 years preferred). Ok for less experience also if candidate is strong.

Mandatory Skills:

• Nintex-workflow design, Data Integrations, API connectivity, Process Mapping

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy SharePoint Nintex workflows
  Gather and analyze business requirements; convert them into technical solutions using Nintex and related technologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Maintain and improve existing workflows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high performance and reliability.
• Ensure all solutions comply with security and governance standards.
  Document workflow designs, technical configurations, and end-user guidelines.Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Preferably 5+ years of hands-on experience in Nintex development.
• Strong expertise in Nintex for SharePoint
• Knowledge of business processes: Understanding of various business processes and how they can be automated
• Experience integrating Nintex with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
