- Qualification: Any Bachelor’s degree.
- Understands business analysis activity as it relates to specific project and overall account as well
- Expertise in specifying and modeling functional and system requirements.
- Experience in ITSM (ServiceNow, Remedy etc) tools data analysis
- Experience in ETL domain and data integration.
- Actively participates in design sessions in specific areas of expertise.
- Effective Communication of requirements with all touch points in the software development life cycle.
- Engage with business users, understand problem statement, and agree scope of engagement.
