S&P Global is Hiring : Data Quality Specialist
- Qualification : Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance/Commerce.
Knowledge of all processes/workflows in the BD Operations Team.
Excellent communication and analytical skills (ability to communicate with clients via phone/email).
Positive attitude with qualities of a team player.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
Ability to take ownership and execute tasks independently.
Willing to work in rotational shift including night shift.

Ciena is Hiring : Associate, Global Technical Support
- Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2+ years of experience in technical support or a similar customer‑facing technical role.
- Strong understanding of Optical/DWDM/OTN/SONET/SDH technologies and TCP/IP networking.
- Proficiency with Linux, including command‑line troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral communication and presentation capabilities.
- Location: Mumbai and Gurugram, India
