Rockwell Automation is Hiring: Service now Developer
- Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SNOW development, with a focus on ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, SNOW Glide scripting, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts, ITIL framework, and IT Operations Management (ITOM) practices.
- Experience with SNOW Discovery, Event Management, and CMDB lifecycle management.
- Experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP) and SNOW IntegrationHub.
- Familiarity with SNOW development tools (Flow Designer, Studio IDE, Update Sets).
- SNOW certifications (CSA, CAD, ITSM, ITOM Implementation Specialist) are preferred.
- Location: Multiple Locations
IBM is Hiring: Package Consultant-Salesforce
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Salesforce CRM Solution Experience: Exposure to designing, implementing, and supporting Salesforce CRM solutions with LWC and integration experience, including understanding the Salesforce platform and its extensive offerings.
- Agile Methodology Knowledge: Exposure to Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, with an understanding of how to apply them to ensure a smooth software development lifecycle.
- System Testing and Validation: Experience working with system testing, user acceptance, and change management to ensure successful implementation and long-term user adoption.
- Business Analysis and Configuration: Exposure to guiding clients through business analysis, system configuration, and user adoption, developing tailored solutions to address their unique business needs.
- Software Development Lifecycle: Experience working within a software development lifecycle, utilizing methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka.
