Mphasis – Business Analyst (2–3 Years Experience)

About the Role:
We’re seeking a skilled Business Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to work on business and IT transformation projects. The role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination between business teams and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze business requirements.

• Prepare functional and technical documentation.

• Coordinate between business, development, and QA teams.

• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure project deliverables meet expectations.

• Identify gaps, suggest improvements, and assist in project planning.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile processes.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.

• Basic knowledge of SQL and data analysis.

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration.

• Experience in BFSI or IT services domain.

• Certifications like CBAP or Agile BA are a plus.
