KONECRANES : TRAINEE – PLM & ALFRESCO AMS
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 2021/2022/2023/2024 batches can apply.
- Good Technical background with Professional experience desirable.
- Handling service requests and incidents: Receiving the tickets and resolving them through Service now and Tracker.
- Ensure to fulfill the KPIs like SLA, TAT, Ageing, Quality Audits, etc. based on management’s expectations and guidance.
- Align and realign actions based on customers’ feedback, inputs from management.
- Any adhoc request coming from other applications for monitoring / support in any environments.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Basic understanding of Teamcenter and CAD applications.
- Effective communication skills and fluency in English.
- Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards.
- Work Location : Pune.
