- Qualification : Bachelor’s/master’s degree or relevant work experience in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
- Strong programming skills in an object oriented or functional paradigm, with strength in Java, Python and its core concepts.
- 2+ years of software development experience.
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance.
- Comfortable multi-tasking, managing multiple stakeholders and working as part of a global team.
- Self-starter who can work with minimum guidance, ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

OPTUM IS HIRING : DATA ANALYST
- Qualification : B Tech, MCA
- Proven experience with SQL, SSIS/Alteryx/ADF and PowerBI /Tableau in a data analytics or business intelligence role
- Experience in Python, Pyspark, Snowflake (Secondary)
- Experience working with large datasets and optimizing data workflows for efficiency
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Design, develop, and implement data workflows using SSIS to automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
- Create interactive dashboards and reports in PowerBI / Tableau to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders
