About the Role

The Contact Support Group (CSG) is Capgemini’s Cloud & Infra Services (CIS) first line of defense, managing IT infrastructure incidents and service requests via multiple digital channels (chat, email, voice, bots, etc.).

As a CSG Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support and customer service to global clients.

  • Managing tickets, prioritizing issues, and ensuring timely resolution.

  • Using business intelligence and analytics to enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Handling multiple contact channels effectively (email, chat, call).

  • Supporting customers across Telecom, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Technology domains.

  • Working with AI tools like CHIP BOT for efficient support and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver best-in-class technical support over voice and digital channels.

  • Troubleshoot basic IT issues such as internet connectivity, password resets, and account access.

  • Maintain and track tickets (open, on-hold, closed, resolved).

  • Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and excellent communication during customer interactions.

  • Contribute to Knowledge Management and Service Delivery improvements.

  • Ensure First Contact Resolution (FCR) and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: 3-year Diploma / Graduation (any stream) – Passing Year: 2025

  • Communication: Excellent English (spoken & written)

  • Skills:

    • Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills

    • Basic computer knowledge

    • Flexibility to work in 24×7 rotational shifts

  • Location: Must be willing to relocate to Noida

  • Citizenship: Open only for Indian Citizens
