Job Role: Graphic Designer
As a Graphic Designer at Cognizant, you’ll contribute to the creation of engaging visuals, motion graphics, and design solutions for digital platforms. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities

Design icons, illustrations, infographics, character designs, and other content visualizations.

Create motion graphics and animated videos using industry-standard tools.

Apply principles of design, typography, and color theory in every project.

Adapt visuals across formats and social media platforms.

Communicate design ideas clearly with internal teams.
-
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Work with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), MS PowerPoint, and Word.
Skills & Qualifications
-
Strong fundamentals in visual design and communication.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and motion graphics tools.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with Gen AI tools.

Bonus: Knowledge of game design, 3D animation, VR, or video/audio editing.
Eligibility Criteria

Graduates from 2024 and 2025 batch.

Must have a 4-year degree in:

Bachelor/Master of Fine Arts (BFA/MFA)

Bachelor/Master of Design (B.Des/M.Des)

Bachelor/Master of Visual Arts (BVA/MVA)

Viscom (4-year program)
-
Mass Communication (4-year program)
-
MA/MSc in Computer Graphics, Multimedia, or Animation

Minimum 50% in X, XII, Diploma, UG, and PG (no rounding off; no standing arrears).

Must have a valid PAN card and government ID (Passport/Voter ID) for verification.

Flexibility to work from any Cognizant office and shift.
