Roles and Responsibilities:

• Participate in training programs and discussions for optimal development.
• Engage in sensitive topics to maintain community safety.
• Solve routine problems based on general guidelines.
• Be an individual contributor within your own team with a narrow scope of work.
• Work in rotational shifts as required.

• Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills.
• Excellent comprehension and communication skills.
• Ability to perform tasks objectively, devoid of inherent biases.

Additional Experience:
