1. Tell me about yourself.
Answer:
I am currently studying [your course and year] at [your college/university]. I am interested in learning how real businesses work, especially in areas like data analysis, process improvement, and customer engagement. I enjoy working with tools like Excel and PowerPoint, and I want to gain real-world experience in a company like JLL. I’m a quick learner, a team player, and always ready to take on new challenges.

3. What do you understand by process improvement?
Answer:
Process improvement means finding better ways to do work. It could be saving time, reducing mistakes, or improving results. For example, if a report is taking too long to prepare, we can try to simplify the steps or automate some parts. The goal is to make work faster, easier, and more effective.
4. Do you have experience using Excel or PowerPoint?
