Eligibility:
- Must be a Graduate or Undergraduate ( No Pursuing Candidate).
- Minimum understanding of Customer Service
- Freshers with excellent verbal and written communication skills can also apply.
- Should be flexible to work for both Voice and Chat support.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- 100% work from the office.
- Willing to work 24-7 shifts (Night Shifts/ Late Night Shifts and rotational shifts).
- Should possess effective Written and Verbal Communication skills and Comprehension skill.
- Should have excellent typing Speed (At least 30 WPM) for the Chat Process
- Should have Excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal skills & should be a team player.
- No of Openings : 150
- Location : Hyderabad( Raidurgam, Mind Space, Secunderabad Club )
