Wipro STEP UP is three-year exclusive program for non-engineering graduates to build a remarkable career in the field of Talent Acquisition/HR/WMG while pursuing their higher education – EPGDBM (Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management) from one of the prestigious management institution, sponsored by Wipro, while working as full time employees with Wipro.
Eligibility criteria:
1. BBM/ BBA/ B. Com – (General and Allied Branches)/ BA(Economics)/ BSc (Economics)/ BA(Psychology)/ BMS
2. Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA or its equivalent throughout academics
3. Year of Passing: 2020, 2021, 2022
4. Candidates with part-time or correspondence or distance learning education are not eligible.
5. One backlog is allowed till the Offer stage.
6. Maximum of 3 years of education gap, if any, is allowed between 10th and graduation.
7. No gaps are allowed during graduation.
