VALIDUS: OPERATIONS EXCUTIVE (1+ YEAR OF EXP)-WFH
Eligibility:
- Qualification: Minimum Diploma holder.
- 1-2 years of experience needed.
- Results and service-oriented; able to work independently, sometimes under pressure.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Have Advance Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (including pivot tables, lookups, data tables).
- Proficiency in English language is a must.

Able to work independently as well as being effective as a team player.

Participate in general operations processing functions, including client onboarding, account servicing, document management, etc.
- Work closely with various internal and external stakeholders (Front Office, Compliance, Credit, etc.)
- Create and maintain operations procedures.
