For candidates with both 12th & Diploma – minimum 65% in both.
No enhancement exam candidates are eligible.
Academic Gaps:
A one-year gap is allowed only before SSC.
Percentage Conversion:
Academic scores should be mentioned in % only (up to 2 decimals).
CGPA must be converted to percentage as per university guidelines.
Application Process
Registration:
Fill personal, academic, and contact details correctly.
Wrong information may lead to disqualification.
After registration, candidates receive a Registration ID & PIN by email.
Selection Process:
Eligible candidates take an online proctored test within 2 weeks of applying.
Shortlisted candidates proceed to face-to-face interviews at Tech Mahindra offices.

Onboarding:
Final onboarding happens in stages depending on business requirements.
