COMPENSATION
1st Year: ₹12,400 per month
2nd Year: ₹15,488 per month
3rd Year: ₹17,553 per month
4th Year: ₹19,618 per month
B.Tech Degree: Sponsored by Wipro (Information Systems specialization)
Service Agreement: 4 years (₹2,00,000 payback on pro-rata basis if exited early)
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Education:
Diploma holders in the following streams:
Computer Science
Information Technology
Electronics
Telecommunication
Electronics & Communication
Electrical & Electronics
Computer Engineering
Computer Technology
Computer Science and Technology
Passing Year: 2024 or 2025
Marks: Minimum 50% in Diploma
10th & 12th: Pass required
Mathematics: Core Mathematics required in Diploma
Business Maths & Applied Maths not accepted
Education Gap: Max 3 years (between 10th and Diploma)
Backlogs: Only 1 active backlog allowed (must clear before 6th semester)
Citizenship:
Indian citizens or holders of PIO/OCI cards
Bhutan & Nepal nationals must provide citizenship certificates
Minimum Age: 18 years at time of onboarding
Ineligible: M.E/M.Tech holders, candidates who appeared in Wipro hiring in last 3 months

Round 2 – Voice Assessment
Round 3 – Business Discussion
Round 4 – Pre-Skilling Training
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All selected candidates will sign a 48-month service agreement
Candidates must not engage in malpractice during any stage (tests, interviews, training)
Wipro reserves the right to reject candidates at any stage if ineligible practices are discovered
