ISRO is offering internships & Projects to all students in India. ISRO is Indian Space Research Organization-Department of Space (Government of India). The details of the internships & Projects, eligibility & other information is given below:
ISRO INTERNSHIPS & PROJECTS
Internship Scheme:
- Students will be provided opportunity for internships at organization in order to help them get exposure to practical side of learning.
- MCF, one of the leading Centers of ISRO, provides opportunity for student’s community to carry out Internship as well as project work as part of their academic curriculum.
- opportunity is provided UG/PG/PhD student. The period of Internship will be for a minimum period of 15 days and maximum period of 45 days.
Following are the guidelines for pursuing Internship in MCF:
- The candidate should be Citizen of India. The candidate should be pursuing UG/PG/PhD from a recognized University/Institution (India/Abroad).
- The candidate should have completed UG/PG from a recognized University/Institution, seeking internship opportunity within 6 months from the date of completion of Course. The candidate should be a student enrolled for regular on-campus program in a recognized University/Institution.
- The candidate should have completed UG/PG/PhD as a regular on campus student.
Please Note:
- Students will be allotted internship work at MCF based on the availability of projects, facilities and suitability of student’s course to the work carried out at MCF. The allotment of internship will be on first come first serve basis only and the availability of number of slots per year is limited.
- Students studying in 5th Semester or 3rd Year onwards are eligible for applying. The interns will not be provided any kind of financial assistance like stipends, transport and accommodation.
- Normally, allotment of Internship will be in the month of August to October of every year. On consideration, internship may be allowed in other months also based on available resources due to Mission Critical Activities.

Student Project Trainee Scheme:
Opportunity will be provided for UG/PG/PhD students to carry out their final year/semester project work as per the eligibility criteria mentioned below:
| Degree | Eligibility Criteria | Duration |
| BE/ BTech | Should have completed 6th semester | Minimum 45 days |
| ME/ MTech | Should have completed 1st semester | Minimum 120 days |
| MSc | The student should have completed 1st semester | Minimum 120 days |
The students should have possessed aggregate of minimum 60% or CGPA 6.32 on a scale of 10.
Please note:
Students will be allotted Project work at MCF based on the availability of projects & facilities and suitability of student’s course to the work carried out at MCF. The allotment of project work will be on first come first serve basis only and the number of slots available are limited.
- The students will not be provided any kind of financial assistance like stipends and accommodation facilities.
