PIVOTREE: ASSOCIATE CONTENT ANALYST
Eligibility:
- Assess customer information requirements and deliver as per customer project SLAs
- Work with the assigned team in planning, scheduling, and execution of day-to-day activities and procedures
- Prioritize project tasks and seek assistance from immediate senior as applicable
- Escalate issues noticed in processes and projects to immediate senior in a timely manner
- Test and implement Solutions
- Work with clients to understand their business problems and help articulate the problem
- Work with onsite and offshore team to structure solutions for the identified customer problems
