Optum is Hiring: Senior Tech Support Analyst

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

B.Tech. or MCA or Graduation (15+ years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant)
1+ years of total experience
Hands-on experience in .Net technologies
Hands-on experience in .Net Core (C#.Net) with SQL and Angular for full stack development
Working experience in Azure Cloud, including deployment, resource management, and integration with application services
Practical experience with AI tools, LLMs, and Generative AI (GenAI) for implementing intelligent features or automation solutions
Location: Hyderabad, India

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Foundational experience with UNIX/Linux, DataStage, and Teradata
Working knowledge of Python for data processing and automation tasks
Exposure to Apache Spark and basic big data processing concepts
Exposure to or interest in working with healthcare data systems
Familiarity with Airflow or similar scheduling/orchestration tools
Basic understanding of Databricks and Snowflake platforms
Understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing concepts, and SQL fundamentals

Qualification : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
2+ years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML, or a similar role
Experience with the full life cycle of AI/ML projects, including EDA, model development, tuning, and drift analysis
Hands-on experience in delivering production-grade AI/ML projects
Solid understanding of mathematical and statistical concepts
Proficiency in frameworks such as Scikit Learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
Proven solid programming skills in Python, with experience in pandas, numpy, and SQL
