Less than 1 year of prior experience.

2 Months Residential Training at ICICI Training Academies.
Placement as Relationship Manager (RM) across India.

Step 1: Online Aptitude Test
5 Sections: Verbal, Quantitative, Logical Ability, General Awareness, Video-Based Questions.
Duration: 85 minutes (no negative marking).
Step 2: Personal Interview (Face-to-Face)
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for in-person interviews.

One-day long process.
