About the Role
Capgemini is hiring NOC Engineers to monitor enterprise network infrastructure, manage incidents, troubleshoot network issues, and ensure high availability of business-critical services.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor network, service, and application platforms using enterprise monitoring tools.
Detect, acknowledge, and analyze alarms/events while performing initial triage and impact assessment.
Create, manage, and maintain incident tickets with proper severity classification and documentation.
Troubleshoot network and service issues across routing, switching, access, and application layers.
Manage P1/P2 incidents, coordinate bridge calls, provide stakeholder updates, and drive incident resolution.
Escalate issues to internal teams, vendors, and leadership when required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to restore services with minimal business impact.
Ensure compliance with operational processes, SLAs, and incident management best practices.
Maintain accurate operational records and support continuous service improvement initiatives.
Perform proactive monitoring to improve network stability and prevent incidents.

Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
