TCS is Hiring: Machine Learning Engineer

Qualification : Strong knowledge of MLOps principles and the end-to-end ML lifecycle: data preparation training validation deployment/serving monitoring/refresh pipelines.
Design and implement CI/CD (and CT/continuous training) pipelines for ML workflows, including testing, promotion, rollback, and reproducible builds.
Hands-on with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker/Kubernetes) and ML pipeline tooling such as MLflow/Kubeflow (or equivalent).
Monitoring & observability for ML systems: service + data + model health tracking, drift checks (feature/target/concept), alerts/triggers, and root-cause analysis.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, .Net or Java, with experience in relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).

Qualification : Degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or IT.
Strong understanding of agentic AI fundamentalsgoal definition, planning, reasoning, task decomposition, and autonomous action loops.
Design and build agentic workflows using LLMs, including tool/function calling, state management, memory, and orchestration patterns (single-agent/multi-agent).
Hands-on experience with agent frameworks and patterns (e.g., LangChain-based agent frameworks or equivalents), including routing, workflows, and agent coordination.
Model Context Protocol (MCP) proficiency for integrating tools and contextual data into agent workflows (tool discovery/usage via MCP servers).

Good knowledge of data lakes, distributed computing, Spark performance tuning, and SQL.
Experience working in agile environments with strong debugging, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Experience working with Azure Synapse Analytics, data warehousing, and cloud-based data solutions.
