- Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, or a related field
- Ability to handle and prioritize incidents, problems, and service requests effectively, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and collaborating with senior team members when necessary.
- Proficient in using tools like Confluence and Jira to document knowledge sharing, training sessions, and best practices, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Maintenance Operating Procedures (MOPs).
- Strong operational knowledge of managed solutions and data flow, with the ability to monitor system performance, analyze trends, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (development, operations, end-users) to understand requirements and provide technical support, with strong communication and presentation skills in English.
- Solid understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems commands, with additional skills in scripting and automation using languages such as Shell and Python to streamline processes.
