ZOHO : TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEERS
Eligibility:
- Qualification : Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in any Stream or Discipline.
- 6 Months to 7 years of experience.
- Develop, test and implement new software programs.
- Deliver voice, email, and chat-based technical support
- Conduct online demos and customer training
- Requirement gathering and analysis
- Excellent in written and spoken English
- Proficient in offering phone-based support to USA or UK customers
- Keen to learn new technologies
- Should be willing to relocate and work night shifts
