About The Program
Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) is a unique learning-integrated program designed for BCA and B.Sc students.
It allows students to pursue an M.Tech degree (sponsored by Wipro) from a premier institute in India — while working at Wipro and gaining real-world experience.
Stipend Details

Eligibility Criteria
Education:
10th Standard: Pass
12th Standard: Pass
Graduation: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA and above (as per university norms)
Eligible Degrees:
BCA
B.Sc in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, or Physics
Important Notes:
Must have Core Mathematics in graduation (Business/Applied Maths not accepted)
One backlog allowed during online assessment
No gaps during graduation (must complete within 3 years)
Max 3 years gap allowed between 10th and graduation start
Open school/distance education accepted only for 10th & 12th
Indian citizens, PIO/OCI holders, or Bhutan/Nepal citizens with valid proof

Selection Process
Round 1 – Online Assessment (80 minutes):
Verbal: 20 mins (20 questions)
Analytical: 20 mins (20 questions)
Quantitative: 20 mins (20 questions)
Written Communication Test: 20 mins
Round 2 – Voice Assessment
Round 3 – Business Discussion
Service Agreement
Duration: 60 months
Candidates leaving before this period must repay the joining bonus on a pro-rata basis
Terms & Conditions
Wipro reserves the right to shortlist candidates and modify the selection process.
Any malpractice during tests/interviews will lead to immediate disqualification and revocation of the offer.
Selected candidates will receive a Letter of Intent (LOI) → must complete pre-skilling training → then receive final offer letter.
