What does the Rebegin Program offered by TCS entail?
The Rebegin Program is designed to aid skilled women employees who want to return to work after a hiatus for reasons like family obligations, health problems, schooling, or personal matters. This program is presently available to Indian women with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience. If you have been on a long break, TCS is looking to support you in restarting your career and reaching your maximum potential.
This initiative aims to create a supportive path for women to grow their careers at TCS. Although the program only applies to jobs in India, it provides a great chance for women wanting to go back to work. It is important to note that you are allowed to take multiple career breaks, but you must specify the length and reasons for each break when you submit your application.

Who is this initiative for?
Currently, this program is available to female professionals from all over India who want to restart their careers after a hiatus for reasons such as family, health, education, or personal matters. This initiative is open to female candidates with a minimum of two years of related experience, who have taken extended breaks for family or personal reasons. The goal of this project is to give women professionals a chance to re-enter the workforce and develop their careers with TCS.
Applicants must have 2 years of continuous work experience to be eligible for the program. They can have multiple varying career breaks, however, it is mandatory to highlight the duration of the career breaks and reasons while applying. The applicant can be currently working while applying under Rebegin program. The selection process will be completely merit based.
How to Apply?
All open requirements/opportunities that TCS is hiring for, will be mentioned on the TCS Careers Portal. Candidates can check the TCS Careers Portal and navigate to the Rebegin section and can apply against the job postings mentioned on the page. Every job posting will have a Job Description and the required skills mentioned. Candidates can click on “Apply” to apply for the position (this will take the candidate to the TCS iBegin Portal, where they can create a profile if not done already and then apply to any of the job positions available).
Alternatively, they can send an email to careers@tcs.com with Rebegin in the subject line to apply. Posts on social media channels such as LinkedIn will have the relevant Job IDs, candidates may apply to them as well.
