Salary Details

Additional Information:
The selected candidates will be hired under the apprenticeship model for 12 months. Based on the candidate’s performance, there is a possibility of conversion to Full-Time Employee (FTE) after successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a Specialist, candidates will work closely with the consulting team to support client organizations in improving their efficiency, growth, and profitability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting client organizations through accurate data gathering and analysis
• Working on business research and problem identification
• Consulting with clients and stakeholders to define challenges
• Reviewing and analyzing reports, research data, and use cases
• Assisting in client proposals and presentations
• Translating findings into actionable business recommendations
• Supporting the formation of hypotheses and strategic solutions
