- Qualification : Currently pursuing an IT diploma/college or seeking a first IT-related experience
- 2025 Candidates can apply
- Experience in end-user desktop support
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows 11, M365 and MacOS
- Knowledge of Google Workspace
- Strong communication skills, with comfort in working with various stakeholders
- Good knowledge of hardware installation, cabling, and troubleshooting
- Troubleshooting skills for bug identification and resolution
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently within a remote team
- Fluent in English
- Location : Offsite – India – Chennai

- Qualification : Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in IT support
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
