JOHNSON CONTROLS : REFRIGERATION CYCLE ENGINEER (EXP 0-3 YRS)
Eligibility:
- Qualification : B. Tech – Mechanical Engineer
- Hands on experience of ” Refrigeration & Air conditioning ” product design and development and product testing (cycle balancing) for light commercial projects.
- Good knowledge of Ducted split air conditioner/Cassette Type air conditioner product development (Preferred).
- Good knowledge of New Product development-NPI process from ideation to mass production.
- Good Knowledge of Air-conditioning system & designing of Cycle Parts that include Heat Load Calculation, Compressor selection, Heat Exchangers, Cycle Balancing and Energy Efficiency.
- NPI documentation preparation.
- BOMs preparation and 3D/2D drawings preparation and management.
- Able to lead product development to meet product technical requirement with cost and timely manner.
- Good understanding of Indian and International standard related with Air conditioner experience in BEE star rating up-gradation and QCO related standards related to Room AC/ Cassette and Ducted Split products.
- Conceptual understanding of Thermodynamics & Heat Mass Transfer (Convective Forced & Natural) and Fluid Mechanics.
- Tools – Windchill PLM system, Knowledge 3D CAD Modelling-solid works.
- Work Location : Kadi (Ahmedabad), Gujarat.
