Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2023/2024 Candidates Can Apply.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Self-driven and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing work environment.
As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Infrrd, your main tasks will include:

- Candidate Sourcing: : Find potential candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Resume Screening: Review resumes to identify the best candidates and keep the candidate pipeline organized.
- Interview Scheduling: Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Candidate Communication: Keep candidates updated on their application status and address inquiries promptly.
- Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate records of candidates in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Recruitment Advertising: Assist in creating and posting job ads online and monitor their performance.
- Employer Branding: Assist with creating social media content and organizing recruitment events to promote the company.
Internship period: 6 months
